New Patients

Admissions
Our admissions department is available 24 hours a day, throughout the year. A registered nurse is always on duty for each admission shift. Initial evaluations by a physician will review each patient’s medical, emotional, behavioral, social, and nutritional needs. The patient’s psychiatric history, including previous treatment and physical and health screenings, is evaluated as part of the review.
When a patient is referred to Destiny Springs Healthcare, we will:

Present the case to an on-call physician

Provide a response within 15 minutes

Schedule an assessment for admission with a qualified mental health professional

Please download, print and fill out the Self Registration Medical Release form before your arrival to Destiny Springs.
Insurance
Destiny Springs Healthcare is currently working with most major insurances. We will work with other insurance providers in an out-of-network basis. We encourage you to call and confirm the status of your insurance. Please review our current rates.
