New Patients

If you or someone you love needs help, don’t hesitate to reach out to us. Learn more about our new patient process and fill out an application to begin. If you have any questions or concerns, please call us to talk with a staff member right away about the options available to you.​​


Our admissions department is available 24 hours a day, throughout the year. A registered nurse is always on duty for each admission shift. Initial evaluations by a physician will review each patient’s medical, emotional, behavioral, social, and nutritional needs. The patient’s psychiatric history, including previous treatment and physical and health screenings, is evaluated as part of the review.

When a patient is referred to Destiny Springs Healthcare, we will: 

  • Present the case to an on-call physician

  • Provide a response within 15 minutes

  • Schedule an assessment for admission with a qualified mental health professional
