Price Transparency

At Destiny Springs, we are committed to providing you with clear and accessible pricing information to help you make informed healthcare decisions. In compliance with the federal Hospital Price Transparency Final Rule, we have made our standard charges available in two ways: a machine-readable file and a consumer-friendly list of shoppable services.

Introduction & Purpose

Machine-Readable File (MRF)

The file below contains a comprehensive list of all our standard charges for every item and service we provide. This data is in a machine-readable format and is intended for use by researchers, software developers, and other third parties. It is not designed for direct patient use.

Consumer-Friendly Display

For an estimate of your out-of-pocket costs, please use our online price estimator tool or browse our list of common 'shoppable' services.

Important Disclaimers:

  • Estimates, Not Guarantees: The prices shown are an estimate and not a guarantee of your final bill. Your actual out-of-pocket cost may vary based on your personal health plan, deductible, and co-insurance.

  • Physician and Other Professional Fees: The prices listed here are for hospital services only. You may receive separate bills from other providers, such as a physician, therapist, or a lab, who are not employees of Destiny Springs.

  • Actual Care May Vary: The final charges on your bill are determined by the specific care you receive. Your physician may order additional tests, procedures, or medications based on your individual medical needs.

  • For Personalized Assistance: For the most accurate and personalized estimate, or if you have any questions, please contact our billing department at billing@destinysprings.com.
